IDEA launch video exercises

The IDEA Health & Fitness Association has introduced a Video Exercise Library for visitors to its website.
Comprising 238 videos, the collection provides one-minute clips covering a variety of strength, flexibility, core, and balance exercises, as well as speed and agility workouts.
Those that log on to the site can also filter their exercise search by body region, body part, specific muscle or type of fitness equipment.
“To provide end users with a resource like this at their fingertips can help with exercise compliance, safety, motivation and creativity,” says Kathie Davis, executive director of IDEA. “We plan to keep adding volumes to the Video Exercise Library to answer the education needs for pros who work with all special populations.”
