Parker Browne and John Cadman to merge

CM Parker Browne and John Cadman Associates are to merge, with the merged companies to trade as CM Parker Browne.

CM Parker Browne is a practice of chartered quantity surveyors, project managers, buildings surveyors and planning supervisors, and John Cadman Associates are specialists in sports surfacing. Together they will enable the practice to offer a more holistic approach to leisure schemes.

Enhanced practice services include pitch and facility design and specifications, inspections and reports, contract administration and employers' agent work.

Since 1996, CM Parker Browne has worked on a range of high profile sports projects - including Mile End sports and leisure facility and White Hart Lane Community Sports Centre - plus other schemes undertaken for schools, colleges, universities and local authority clients around the UK.

The merger also marks the opening of an office in Colchester - joining the existing offices in London, Guildford, Chatham, Manchester and Liverpool - which the company says will enable it to better serve its clients based in the east.

The new office will also be the base from which the Practice's business development team will continue to grow its leisure portfolio.
