Exxentric expands flywheel training offering with new product line

The kBox4 Active is billed as an entry-level device for flywheel training and is designed for group classes and at home use
Swedish training equipment manufacturer, Exxentric, has launched a new product line based on its innovative flywheel training solution.

The range features two brand new products, the kPulley and the kBox4 Active, as well as updated versions of two of its existing products, the kBox4 Lite and the kBox4 Pro.

Optimised for horizontal movements the kPulley offers flywheel training for rotational and pull exercises as well as core and lower limb exercises. It features a versatile wall-mounted design that can be easily adjusted to accommodate different types of exercise, and is equipped with Kmeter, Exxentric's app-based feedback system.

The kBox4 Active is billed as an entry-level device for flywheel training, and is designed for group classes and at home use. It features a steel chassis that is capable of holding two flywheels and offers a wide range of exercises for users at all levels.

"We've always had a close relationship with the users at Exxentric, which has again led to greatly improved spec. Technology which once used to be deployed only by elite professionals is now made available to a much broader audience," says Exxentric's CEO Erik Lindberg.

"With an abundance of research supporting the benefits of strength training, it's particularly satisfying to offer new smart tools and effective methods which not help improve athletic performance but also facilitate health and fitness for the general public," Lindberg adds.

The kPulley retails at £1540, and the kBox4 Active at £1240.
