Delicious Alchemy, manufacturer of wheat/gluten and lactose free loaves, rolls, cakes and cereals for the foodservice, will be unwrapping its wheat/gluten free Sultana Scone at Hotelympia.
The richly fruited 70g scone, said to be ideal for breakfast or afternoon tea, comes in boxes of 12. It needs frozen storage with a shelf life of 6+ months.
The new arrival joins an existing range of wheat/gluten and lactose free products available from Delicious Alchemy, which includes loaves, rolls, pizza bases, dessert and conference cakes and a breakfast cereal.
Designed to help hotels and the catering trade to meet the needs of customers on restricted diets, these will also be showcased at Hotelympia.
