The full series consists of two mixers, a vegetable preparation machine, two vertical cutters, a bar blender, two spindle drinks mixers and a citrus juicer.

The mixers are the XKM816 and XKM810, both featuring dough hook, k-beater and whisk and with a 6.7ltr stainless or plastic bowl. The 816 also comes with a second heavy duty catering whisk.

For vegetable preparation, the XVP001 has 21 cutting blade options, a continuous use shoot for mass production and can slice, grate, julienne and cube as well as being ideal for all types of cheese.

The vertical cutters XVC004 and 006 both have five cutting blade options and 3.5 and 5.5ltr capacity bowls respectively.

For bar staff, the XBB001 1.5ltr Bar Blender is perfect for making smoothies, cocktails and milkshakes, and the XSD001/002 Spindle Drinks Mixers have a unique three agitators per spindle. The mixers come in both a single and double version and in a kitchen the spindle can be used as a whisk.

Finally, the Citrus Juicer XCJ001 can cope with citrus fruit from the size of a lime to that of a pomello and comes with a high neck for juice delivery into a large glass or small jug.
