The fryer, boasting a 16-litre capacity, uses a great deal less oil than is usually needed, can double oil lifespan and requires less regular oil changes due to its improved built-in oil maintenance system.

Using pre-mix burner technology with a unique design of heat exchanger, the new fryer is said to increase efficiency levels to more than 80 per cent but, as less waste heat is expelled, can contribute to lower kitchen operating temperatures.

To help foodservice operators gauge the potential for cost savings by installing the new Falcon range of fryers, the company has produced a consumption calculator.
