The takeover brings the Aqua-Pura and Stretton Hills brands into the Princes Soft Drinks portfolio and marks the company's entrance into the natural mineral water category.

Also included in the purchase are water bottling sites at Eden Valley in Cumbria and Church Stretton in Shropshire.

These will both be operated by Princes, in addition to the company's existing soft drinks production sites in Bradford, Glasgow, Kidlington, Cardiff and Manchester.

As well as Aqua Pura and Stretton Hills, the acquisition includes the Aqua Fruta and 10? brands.

It does not include either the Ashe Park label or the Thirsty Work cooler business, both of which will remain owned and operated by Well Well Well, which is to be renamed Thirsty Work Holdings.
