1. Development: The entire package – funding, feasibility and business planning, design, specialist leisure contractors, professional services, supervision and co-ordination in a single contract mechanism.

3. Project management: Management of the development process from concept to completion, on time and within budget, but without capital or financial support.
4. Sales and marketing: The creation of off-the-shelf marketing literature and promotions, plus sales training to maximise income and maintain revenue growth.
